Here is my drink recipe from frozen gooseberries!
Gooseberry and Rosemary
2 dl or 1 cup of gooseberries
1 dl or 1/2 cup of water
5-6 tbs of sugar
one fresh rosemary branch
First, make a syrup from gooseberries. Add berries, sugar, water and rosemary to small pot and cook 10 minutes. Sieve well and let the syrup cool.
How to make one drink:
Measure 3 cl of whisky (Grant’s or any other mildly smoky) and 4 cl of syrup to glass. Add ice, fresh lemon juice, Ginger Ale and garnish with lemon, rosemary and frozen gooseberries.
